Also know as Smooth-barked Apple. A very ornamental tree grown for its smooth-barked, contorted trunk and mass of creamy white flowers produced in summer.
Position: Sun to partly shaded position.
Soil: Tolerates a wide range of soils. Sandy and clay.
Watering: Water regularly after planting until established.
Fertiliser: Fertilise regularly.
Flowering: Cream/white flowers October to January.
Grow tips: Tolerates coastal exposure. Protect from frost when young.
