Shipping Info and FAQ

1. Can my plants be delivered?

We deliver all over NSW on a weekly basis. If you are in VIC, QLD or ACT, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

2. Is there a minimum order for shipping?

Yes, there is generally a 6 tray minimum for delivery. Some locations do require an 8 trays minimum.

3. Who do you use for shipping and how much does it cost?

We use a few different freight companies, depending on your location.

Sydney  – BTG Logistics - $8 per tray

Central Coast & Newcastle area – Illawarra Native Nursery - $10.50 per tray

Blue Mountains – Plantfast - $10 per tray

South Coast and Southern Highlands – Dry River Ferns - $10 per tray

Regional NSW – Rangeview Transport – Please contact us for further information.

BTG is currently trialling a run to Central West NSW. - Please contact us for more information.

4. When will my plants be delivered?

Delivery will most likely be at the end of the week, usually Thursday or Friday but please note this could vary depending on your location.

5. Can I pick my plants up from you?

Pick ups can be arranged for Wednesday to Friday generally.
