A striking weeping, large native shrub that produces stunning large, deep red bottlebrushes and soft bright pink new foliage. Low maintenance and a great screening plant.
Position: Prefers an open, sunny position.
Soil: Will tolerate a wide range of well-drained soil types.
Watering: Mulch and water well for up to 12 weeks or until established and then during dry periods.
Fertiliser: Apply native fertiliser in spring and autumn.
Flowering: Profuse flowering (red) in spring.
Grow tips: Prune after flowering to encourage dense growth. Attracts insects and birds.
