An upright shrub with showy large flowers.
Masses of 10cm flowers with white petals and a central golden cone appear throughout summer. Spent flowers are great in dried flower arrangements.
Best grown in a sunny position in well drained soil with added organic matter. Plant in large groups or with other perennials or annuals.
Cut flowering stems to the ground at the end of the season.
Regular applications of Seasol and Power Feed will keep it looking its best, especially in early spring.
