A fast growing, hardy grass that's long lived. Tough, glossy, strappy green leaves with scented flowers in winter and spring. Foliage can be used for basket making.
Position: Sunny and light shade.
Soil: Sandy, loamy, saline, poor soil.
Watering: Tolerates dry spells but regular watering stimulates new growth.
Fertiliser: Apply slow release fertiliser in spring.
Flowering: Spring/winter.
