Parsley, Chives, Spring Onions, Garlic, Lime Basil.
Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Mushrooms, Sauces, Butters, Vinegars.
Acceptable substitute for French Tarragon. However it has a much stronger sweet aniseed flavour and lacks the piquant warmth of French Tarragon.
Fresh leaves make a very sweet uplifting herb tea.
Stunning yellow autumn flower display attracts beneficial predator insects such as ladybirds into the garden.
